How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery of the order takes 4/5 working days upon the placement of the order (applies only to shipments within the peninsula, shipments to the Baleric Islands, Canary Island, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded). All shipments are done with Correos. We will contact you if they are some delays on the delivery of your order. We allow changes after the order has been made. We will assume the shipping cost if it is due to problems with the quality of the product.
How much will I pay for the delivery service?
The shipping cost in not included in the prices of the products. It is calculated once you indicate the destination:
- Spain (Peninsula): 4,50€
- Canary Islands (Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria): 7,00€
- Balearic Islands (Palma de Mallorca): 5,80€
- Shipping is free of charge for orders more than 120€
Can shipments be made outside of Spain?
Shipping costs for Europe is 12€. The delivery takes 5-10 working days.
What happens when I’m not present when the messenger makes the delivery?
The first time the messenger tries to deliver the order, he will leave a note saying that you can pick the order up in the nearest Correos office. Your order will be cancelled after another failed delivery attempt and we will refund the total amount paid excluding the shipping charges. What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive? If 7 working days have passed and your order still has not arrived contact us through email@example.com. The shipping costs are refunded only when WiinkBCN is responsible for the return of the order. (wrong product, product is in bad condition, etc.)
What do I do to return an order?
- Go to a Correos or any shipping company near you (Seur, MRW, DHL, etc)
- You will assume the costs of the return of the product
- Prepare the package using the original packaging that we sent, with the article in the same condition in which it was sent, with the tags and unused.

How long do I have to return an item?
All returns must be made within 7 working days upon the receipt of the order.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
You will assume the costs of the return of the product. We will only assume the shipping cost if it is due to problems with the quality of the product or when you received the wrong order.
When and how do receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. We will send you an email confirming the amount that you will receive. The shipping costs are refunded only when WiinkBCN is responsible for the return of the order. (Wrong product, product is in bad condition, etc.)
Right of withdrawal
According to the laws in the European Union, customers have 7 working days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to exercise the right of withdrawal of the order. If this is the case, please follow the instructions indicated above.
